Can I order by phone?
Absolutely! Give us a call at 912-638-8565.  Our girls are here to take your call from 10 A.M. to 5 P.M. EST, Monday through Saturday.

Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?
Definitely! You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. We're sorry, but we don't accept gift credit cards (e.g. Visa Gift Cards, American Express Gift Cards).

All orders shipped within the United States are shipped via USPS
Priority Mail (2-3 Day Service)

$25.01-$50.00= $8.50
$50.01-$75.00= $10.50
$75.01-$100= $12.50
$100.01-$150= $14.50
$150.01-up= FREE

If you prefer UPS Ground, add $5.00 to the above prices.

shipping for an additional charge:

USPS Overnight shipping is available for $10.00 extra.

UPS 3 Day Select shipping is available for $15.00 extra.
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available for $18.00 extra.

How long does it take to get items you have in stock?
We will ship within 2 business days of your order!

Do I have to pay sales tax?
For online orders, a sales tax will only be assessed on packages going to Georgia shipping addresses as required by law. Shipments to addresses outside of this state will not be charged sales tax.

What's your return policy?
We can only accept the return of merchandise in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached. FOR A REFUND, WE MUST RECEIVE YOUR RETURN WITHIN 21 DAYS OF YOUR ORDER DATE. This includes postal time in transit, so be sure to mail your return in time for it to arrive in Saint Simons Island, GA by 21 days. We can make no exceptions to this 21-day rule.  Once the original item is returned, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes shipping costs).

The few things you can’t send back:

  • items discounted for final sale or those that are marked-down 50% off or more
  • personalized or custom items
  • beauty products (lotions, soaps, etc.)
  • furniture
  • drop-ship items
  • underwear  and swimsuits
  • breast pads

How do I return an item?
Please ship the product back to us via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, and we STRONGLY recommend that you insure the package. This protects you in case the shipment is damaged or lost in transit. Remember, we can only credit you for items received back in our store.

Please circle the items you're returning on your receipt and list reason for return, and include a copy of this slip in the box along with the items in new, unworn condition with original tags still attached.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return/exchange was the result of our error. We cannot reimburse return shipping charges, so please contact us prior to mailing back a damaged or incorrect item.

If you do not have a receipt, our store will give you in-store credit for the current price of the item.
 
Return Procedure

Pack the merchandise to be returned.

Write reason for return next to the item on your invoice, or a copy of the invoice, and pack it in the box. Please make sure that your name, address, phone number and e-mail address are included.

Why can I see a size listed for an item when it’s out of stock?
Our web site is usually updated every 12-24 hours, sometimes more frequently, but a size that is actually sold out will appear in the list of available options until the next update.

What are the chances an item will be cancelled or backordered after I place my order?
We take great efforts to make sure that our web site is up to date with available stock items.  It's rare that an item that you have ordered will be backordered or cancelled, however errors in inventory do occur from time to time.  In the rare event that a product you have ordered is not available for shipment as scheduled, we will notify you as quickly as possible via the email address in your order and let you know if it has been placed on backorder or cancelled. At this point, you can decide what you would like to do, such as try a different size, color, or something else all together, or a full refund.

Can I place a special order for other colors/sizes?
We will do everything we can to find an item that is out of stock.  However, we can not guarantee that out of stock items can be reordered.

What if I am looking for something and I don’t see it on your website?
Please do not hesitate to ask!!!  We will do everything we can to locate the items for you.
